Thank you for your order. Because our products are made-to-order, please review our shipping policy below.


1. Processing Time

All items are 3D printed to order. Processing times typically range from 3–10 business days, depending on:

  • Print size
  • Print complexity
  • Material availability
  • Current order volume

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


5. Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We may offer a replacement if the damage occurred during shipping.


6. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
