Welcome to our 3D printing service. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Services
We provide 3D printing services, including the production of custom and made-to-order items based on customer-provided files, designs, or specifications. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to printability, size limitations, or inappropriate content.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it is considered final and enters production.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
3. Custom Designs & Customer Files
If you provide your own 3D model or file for printing:
- You are responsible for ensuring the file is correct, printable, and scaled properly
- We are not responsible for design flaws, structural weaknesses, or print failures caused by file issues
- We may make minor adjustments to improve printability, but we are not responsible for design errors
By submitting a file, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the file.
4. Intellectual Property
We do not claim ownership of customer-provided designs. However, by submitting a file for printing, you grant us permission to use the file solely for the purpose of completing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse to print items that may violate intellectual property laws, copyrights, or trademarks.
5. Production & Turnaround Time
Production times are estimates and not guarantees. Print times may vary depending on:
- Item size
- Print complexity
- Material availability
- Current order volume
- Machine maintenance
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. Shipping addresses must be accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of 3D printed items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof. We may offer a replacement at our discretion.
8. Product Disclaimer
3D printed items may have minor imperfections, layer lines, or slight variations in color. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
Our products are not intended for:
- Food contact unless explicitly stated
- Medical use
- Load-bearing or safety-critical applications
Use all products at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
